Certainly. You can enable voicemail which allows you to receive messages when you don't answer calls that are forwarded to you. Your messages can be e-mailed to you or you can dial in using a 03 phone number to listen to them.
Yes - our call forwarding service allows you to forward calls to your mobile or to a UK landline.
If you don't answer a call in time, it may be forwarded to your voicemail box if you have configured it otherwise the caller will just continue to ring.
No - you can cancel your service at any time. You'll need to pay up until the end of your current month but after that you'll be free to go elsewhere.
If you use more the number of included minutes in your package, you'll just be billed for the number of minutes that you go over at our standard call rates.
