    How much does call forwarding cost?
    Forwarding a call to your phone uses phone minutes, and every plan bundles them: 400 on Starter, 1,200 on Growth, 4,000 on Scale. Beyond the bundle, extra phone minutes cost 10¢, 7¢ or 5¢ per minute depending on the plan. Forwarding to UK or international numbers draws the bundle slightly faster, reflecting our published per-country rates.
    What is the difference between AI talk minutes and phone minutes?
    AI talk minutes are used when your AI receptionist is speaking with a caller. Phone minutes are used when a call is forwarded to your phone, when we call a lead back, or when you dial out. Both come bundled in every plan and both can be topped up anytime.
    Are calls on my website really free?
    Yes. When a visitor talks to your AI or your team through the widget on your website, the call runs over the internet instead of the phone network, so those calls are unlimited and free on every plan — including the free trial.
    How do SMS costs work?
    Every plan includes a monthly SMS allowance. Beyond it, messages are billed at published per-country rates — from $0.0075 per message to the US and Canada, $0.04 to the UK, and from about $0.065 internationally. Inbound SMS is always free.
