    Calls that happen right on your website run over the internet, so they use no phone minutes. On AI Receptionist plans they count toward your AI minutes. On Website Callback plans each one counts as a callback.

    How much does AI call answering cost with LimeCall?
    The AI Receptionist plans start at $59/mo ($47/mo billed annually) and include a monthly bundle of AI talk minutes — 400 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth and 4,000 on Scale. If the AI talks longer than your bundle, extra minutes cost 35¢, 28¢ or 20¢ depending on the plan. Calls that happen on your website use no phone minutes, but they do count toward your AI minutes.
    How much does call forwarding cost?
    Forwarding a call to your phone uses phone minutes, and every plan bundles them: 400 on Starter, 1,200 on Growth, 4,000 on Scale. Beyond the bundle, extra phone minutes cost 10¢, 7¢ or 5¢ per minute depending on the plan. Calls to the US, Canada and the UK use the bundle. Calls to other countries are charged per minute from the first minute, at the published rate for that country and line type, and do not use the bundle. Destinations that cost more than $0.40 a minute are blocked.
    What is the difference between AI talk minutes and phone minutes?
    AI talk minutes are used when your AI receptionist is speaking with a caller. Phone minutes are used when a call is forwarded to your phone, when we call a lead back, or when you dial out. Both come bundled in every plan and both can be topped up anytime.
    Do calls on my website cost anything?
    They use no phone minutes. When a visitor talks to your AI or your team through the widget on your website, the call runs over the internet instead of the phone network. On AI Receptionist plans and the Free plan, these calls count toward your AI minutes. On Website Callback plans, each one counts as a callback.
    How do SMS costs work?
    Every plan includes a monthly SMS allowance. Beyond it, messages are billed at published per-country rates — from $0.0075 per message to the US and Canada, $0.04 to the UK, and from about $0.065 internationally. Inbound SMS is always free.
